Through our network of international financial institutions we create tailored financing solutions to the individual requirements of our partners. Following an equipment acquisition CAPITALDIALOG oversees all aspects of the investment with the solely aim to enhance the investors return.

Since 2005 CAPITALDIALOG and its management have been realizing marine container investments equivalent to an amount of approximately USD 670 million.

CAPITALDIALOG through its network of international financial institutions procures tailored financing solutions to the individual requirements of our partners.

Financing solutions vary from short to long term facilities including long term asset based financings, capital market products as well as interest rate hedging strategies.

Monitoring

CAPITALDIALOG oversees all the aspects of an investment with the aim to enhance the investors return over the economic lifetime of the equipment.

This includes the management and monitoring of the economic and risk performance of equipment pools as well as the corresponding financing and preparation of relevant reports.

The Disposal of equipment at the end of the economic lifetime or investment period completes our services.

Stefan Laue has 20 years of experience in international banking with focus on the Americas. Within one of the largest German banking groups he was responsible for the further development of project and structured finance Products for Marine Container, Port Facilities (Container Terminals, Tank Farms) and other intermodal Equipment.
Since 2005 he has been sourcing Container Investments and consulting Investors.
